to all clientele booked or planning tours aboard 'THORFINN'. Please note this
firm operating the dive cruiser 'Thorfinn' at Truk Lagoon is finally acknowledging
the considerable increases in fuel costs since earlier 2002 benchmark prices that
previous Q fees were based on. In fact, oil prices have nearly doubled, eclipsing
all other operating expenses. Diesel generator and boat fuel increases force us
to augment current Q fees to $395 per person week to partially offset dramatic
fuel price increases to this remote Pacific region. The new price will apply to
all subsequent Q charges due and payable after May 30, 2008 until further notice.
Thank you for understanding this need, we hope the upward cost spirals will eventually
stabilize for future considerations.

on Truk Lagoon Wreck Diving Special Trips: - Regular
trip schedules are on a Saturday to Saturday basis, with alternate schedules if
space permits.

Each day's diving is conducted as conditions, equipment, and a diver's personal
health and deportment may safely permit under sole auspices of ship's staff.
- Seaward
employs best efforts to perform daily diving schedules as written each morning,
but these dives may occasionally vary due to weather, ship's position, and other
operational circumstances.

Daily dive options are provided on our best intended basis, without warranty to
numbers actually conducted on a non-cumulative basis during a dive tour.

We do not employ depth limitations within lagoon, but expect divers to retain
sufficient air for safe ascents from depth to make a minimum of 3 protracted ascent
stops. EAN staged bottles will be optionally provided on request.

Due to liquor lounge taxes, we'll pre-purchase beer and wine for guests as requested
before arrival, or deliver requests during a supply run each week.

Charter Booking Deposit Requirement: -
